Bourke & Bowden in Alexandria is a sustainable commercial development in Sydney that is a 5-Star Green Star rating building that was designed to create both aesthetically pleasing and environmentally responsible lighting solutions. This design focused on achieving the highest standards of energy efficiency, sustainability, and environmental integration while also providing a comfortable and modern working space. 

The core element of this project was to ensure the building was compliant with 5 star green star rating using energy-efficient LED lighting, smart lighting controls, and low-glare fixtures.
