Harold Park is in Forest Lodge, near Glebe and Annandale. The City adopted new planning controls following extensive consultation with the local community to balance the interests of residents, businesses and the land owners, and the need to meet targets for new inner-city housing. The project includes 1,300 new residences to house around 2,600 people.
